scan0002ЉУБИША ПАПИЋ, дописни члан Академије Инжењерских наука Србије од 2002, академик Академије за проблеме квалитета Руске Федерације, редовни професор на Техничком факултету у Чачку Универзитета у Крагујевцу, редовни професор на Политехничком Универзитету Валенсија у Шпанији, гостујући професор на Бен-Гурион Универзитету у Израелу, и бивши помоћник Министра за науку, технологију и развој у Влади Србије. Директор и оснивач Истраживачког центра за управљање квалитетом и поузданошћу - ДQМ у Пријевору (Чачак) (од 1994).

Рођен је 30. септембра 1952. године у Пријевору (општина Чачак). Дипломирао је на Техничком факултету у Чачку. Магистрирао је на Машинском факултету у Крагујевцу са темом Истраживање и прогноза поузданости и века употребе тракастих транспортера на површинским коповима. Докторирао је на Факултету техничких наука у Новом Саду са темом Развој и аутоматизација поступака ефективних испитивања за оцену поузданости технолошкх система у индустрији. Радио је у Грађевинском предузећу ²Хидроградња² Чачак, на Техничком факултету Чачак и у Министарству за науку, технологију и развој Владе Републике Србије.

Као аутор и коаутор објавио је и саопштио приближно 400 научних и стручних радова (од чега приближно 30% у иностранству) из подручја Ефективности, Поузданости и Квалитета техничких система. Аутор, коаутор или редактор 7 књига, и 5 монографија у одговарајућој научној области. Објављивао је радове, поред осталог, у следећим међународним часописима: "Nadyozhnost' i kontrol' kachestva", "Vestnik mashinostroeniya", "Problemy mashinostroeniya i avtomatizatsii", "Metody manedzhmenta kachestva", "Journal of Quality in Maintenance", "Production Planning and Control", "Mathematics and Computers in Simulation", "International Journal of Reliability, Quality and Safety Engineering".

Остварио је запажене резултате у развоју научно-наставног кадра, кроз менторство 7 магистарских теза и менторство 4 докторске дисертације: на Машинском факултету у Крагујевцу, на Техничком факултету у Чачку, на Машинском факултету у Бања Луци, на Машинском факултету у Подгорици и на Бен-Гурион Универзитету у Израелу.

Члан је редакцијског колегијума часописа "Methods of Quality Management" (Moscow, Russia), "Problems of Mechanical Engineering and Automatization" (Moscow, Russia), "Journal of Operational Research Society of India - OPSEARCH" (Kolkata, India) и часописаКвалитету Београду. Оснивач је и главни и одговорни уредник међународног часописа "Communications in Dependability and Quality Management"(Чачак). Члан је IEEE Reliability Society и члан American Society for Quality (ASQ). У свом научноистраживачком раду активно користи два светска језика (чита, пише, говори): руски и енглески.

 

LJUBISA PAPIĆ, corresponding member of Serbian Academy of Engineering Sciences from 2002, academician of the Russian Quality Problems Academy, professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences (Cacak) at University of Kragujevac, professor at the Valencia Polytechnic University in Spain, visiting professor at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel and assistant minister of Ministry of Science, Technology and Development in Government of Serbia (2001). Director and founder Research Center of dependability and Quality Management DQM in Prijevor (Cacak) (from 1994).

Graduated form the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Cacak (1979), and became Master of Science degree at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at University of Kragujevac (1986) on a theme: "The investigation and prognosis of reliability and exploiting age of belt conveyors on the surface coal mines". He became Doctor of Science degree at Faculty of Technical Sciences at University of Novi Sad (1992) on a theme: "Development and automatization of effective testing procedures for estimation of technological systems reliability in industry". He worked at civil enterprise "Hidrogradnja" (Cacak), at the Faculty of Technical Sciences (Cacak) and at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Development at the Serbian Government.

As an author and co-author he published and presented about 400 scientific and technical papers (more than 80 of them in abroad), on the Effectiveness, Reliability and Quality of Technical Systems. He is author, co-author or an editor of 7 books and 5 monographs from appropriate scientific areas. He published his papers, in addition to everything else, in the following International Journals: "Nadyozhnost' i kontrol' kachestva", "Vestnik mashinostroeniya", "Problemy mashinostroeniya i avtomatizatsii", "Metody manedzhmenta kachestva", "Journal of Quality in Maintenance", "Production Planning and Control", "Mathematics and Computers in Simulation" and "International Journal of Reliability, Quality and Safety Engineering".

He got great results in development of the scientific teaching youth personnel at the faculty, especially being a supervisor to 7 MSc degree theses and a supervisor to 5 PhD thesis at: The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Kragujevac, Faculty of Technical Sciences in Cacak, The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Banja Luka, at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Podgorica and at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel.

He is a member of the Editorial Board of the "Methods of Quality Management" (Moscow, Russia), "Problems of Mechanical Engineering and Automatization" (Moscow, Russia), "Journal of Operational Research Society of India - OPSEARCH" (Kolkata, India) and the "Quality" (Belgrade, Serbia). He is a founder and Editor-in-Chief of "Communications in Dependability and Quality Management", An International Journal (Cacak). He is a member of IEEE Reliability Society and a member of American Society for Quality (ASQ). In his work he speaks two world languages: Russian and English.
